Models and comparison
The classification and segmentation models are independent. A training seed identifies a separate fit of a model.

Reading these results
Case scores average the image probabilities for that case. A case can have several images; changing its displayed image does not change the case decision. Individual image predictions have no complete-case score.
Segmentation delineates the index lesion in a selected image. Other annotated lesions are separate reference layers and do not inherit its diagnosis. Normal images have no lesion-overlap score.
Saved masks use a fixed threshold of 0.5. The predicted box encloses the largest connected region. Probability maps and saliency maps are not part of the saved outputs.
